Crazy day

Today has been kind of crazy. The kids have been on holidays for a week now and I am finished. LOL. It is hard to entertain them all for so long and I have another 6 or 7 weeks to go. Yahoo.
Caitlin looked so cute today. She popped her hat on, grabbed her handbag and put her shoes on and announced that she was going to visit Nanny. I wish she could. LOL.

I have been to the Doctor today, we have to find out about these migranes. They are killing me. My doctor has left the surgery. I don't know why and I hate it. It takes ages to find a good Doctor and now I have to break another one in. Big sigh. He has given me some tablets that should prevent my headaches and migranes. I hope they work. We are planning our holidays and can't wait to go. We will have to be pretty budget savvy but I still think we can have a good holiday on a shoestring. Board games, walks, swimming, reading. being together we should have fun.

Jim and I are looking forward to our two days away together. Very much!!! Jim said today that we should go to Tahiti for our anniversary. LOL what a pipe dream but still nice to day dream about.
Ok I have nothing else to ramble on about so will chuff off for another day.

Hi Naomi,
Your children are beautiful; but I know what you mean about a LONG holiday (or summer vacation as we call them) when the children are off school... AND you are suffering with migraines. I too suffer with migraines very severely. I have them about 6-8 days a month. That is not as bad as they used to be.
I take a seizure medication to prevent them; which decreases the number of them. I then take Imitrix after they start with Aleve and it usually makes them much less painful. Imitrix is not a pain pill; but a pill that causes the vessels in the brain to dilate and the aleve decreases the inflammation and helps with pain as well.

I pray that you will find relief... Better yet; I pray for complete HEALING for you! God bless you, sister.

In His Grip...Hanging On, Diane
