I am back

So much has happened. Since I last posted. Charli has celebrated her second birthday. I have photos but not today. We had holiday club which was totally full on but lots of fun. I helped out with the drama. (AND IT WAS GREAT THANKS CAROL ANN) Then Charli got cellulitis in her eye and was in hospital for five days on an IV drip. And now I am gearing up for the pet show at school and then perhaps I will have time to post some photos.

We booked a holiday at the beach yesterday - before Christmas. Should be nice, if I can get all my Christmas prep done before I go. LOL. Ok that is it for now, just wanted to pop in.

Long time no here

Ok so we are back from the Gold Coast, had a very noice time, thanks very much. Could seriously live up there. The weather - at this time of year was perfect. So balmy and with that cool sea breeze. Ahhhhh. Plus they have a Sizzler so what more could you ask for?

I forgot to take my camera with me but it wasn't really that kind of holiday. Just shopping, reading books, eating, hanging out, sleeping. Perfect really.

When I got back from my holiday I found out that I had won the Challenge Pack at everymomentmatters.com.au
that was very exciting. It was for the shoe/handbag thingy that I made. Now I don't think it was the best in the comp but I guess it was different. But who cares. I won. LOL.

The kids had a great time while we were away although Charli kept asking if she could please come home. The girls had a nice time at Nanny's and the boys loved their time with their friends. They did the movies, the Blue Mountains, trampolining, Bay can now do a front flip. Hamish lost a tooth. And they were involved in their first car crash. A drunk driver didn't see their car stopped at the lights and so didn't stop and just hit them straight in the back where my two boys were sitting. This had an accumulative effect Michelles car hit the car in front of her which hit the car in front of it. You get it right? They weren't seriously hurt. Just sore necks and a headache. But excitement plus. How come WE never get to do anything cool like that? Um Pass on that I think.

Here are some photos of the kids mucking about before we left. Playing dress up.

Hamish and Jeremy are still having a love affair after all these years. I gave Jeremy an operation a few months ago and gave him some new stuffing. Other than a big scar he is doing fine. LOL.

Here is Hamish displaying his new gap. He has lost three teeth in a very short time. He now looks a bit like a vampire.
This very sad photo was taken after Cate asked when she was ever going to lose some tooth. Awww poor girl. It is tough being one of the youngest.

This is Indiana. Man do my girls love her. Too much. They are constantly harrassing her. Charli in particular. Trying to pick her up. Poking her in the eye. I think my girls really are Indy's favourite people. NOT.
Now this photo sums up the girls relationship perfectly. My girls? Thrilled, excited, happy, laughing. Indy? Terrified, pleading eyes, arms extended. LOL. Ahhh too funny.
Can you believe that tomorrow this little girl turns 2? I certainly can't. That time has just flown. This is Charlis latest obsession. This photo was taken while I was actually typing out this blog entry to show you just what she was doing.
I just looked down and at my feet is Charli sitting on the pottie. She must have felt lonely over there. LOL.
Ok so this week we have holiday club. Gideon coming to stay. Charli's birthday. I am directing the dramas for holiday club and teaching one of the Bible verses. Plus of course I want to scrapbook. I think James is hoping I will get some cleaning in there somewhere. I guess..... but only if I can fit it in. I have priorities don't you know?

I'm a little tea pot short and stout.....

This is a tea pot cake that my sister made and decorated for one of her food tech classes. Didn't she do a great job. I seriously think she needs to open a cupcake shop. By the way she is in Year 10 and is sweet sixteen. Impressive huh?

Do I look like you Aunty Steph?

We found these glasses and Cate was wondering if she looked like you Steph? What do you think?

I made this with my challenge pack at EMM for this months EMMies, I am fairly pleased with it. Even though the shoe isn't a great deal of scrapping I just think it is so cute.
I love the dress card too. The handbag is a Kaiser Craft wooden one. To give as a gift I think I would fill the shoe with lollies and the handbag with a mini album. I think I will give it to my sister with photos from her upcoming Year 12 formal.

This photo is James trying to get the girls to pose because he knows I love a good photo. Sadly the girls weren't coming to the party so he had to use force. LOL.
I love these photos of Jim and the girls just hanging out. I was hanging out the washing and they were hanging out with me, so of course I had to run and get my camera. Whats a casual hang out without a photo.

Bailey has been at camp this week so we have been a three child family and it has been so breezy. I have missed him though and am looking forward to him coming home tonight. Hope he had a good time.

If you ever wondered why

we are always late for school......not that you probably ever have LOL. This is the reason why. The kids can suck me in in a second. Mum look at us having a cuddle and off she trots to get the camera. Well this morning it was on for young and old. We had gorgeous cuddles and amazing cowboys and bank robbers. We had gorgeous boots to showcase and of course silly faces. Yes we were late for school but we made memories. At least that is my excuse and I am sticking to it Mr Headmaster. LOL.

I got my box of EMM goodies today and it was just like Christmas. I finally got Marie's Christmas paper bag album and Shazz's ribbon album, which are both gorgeous. I also got the Red/Black top up box which is divine. It is just beautiful. I don't think I will ever use it. Just look at it and stroke it occasionally. Ok gotta go a load or hundred of washing is calling my name. How sad. I may have to change my name.

Introducing Lauren Grace

My friends Jennie and Scott had their fourth baby girl yesterday.
Lauren Grace Webb
Born 8th September 2007 - 7:02am
Royal Hobart Hospital
3920 Grams (8" 10)
Length - Not measured yet - will be bathed tomorrow

I wish I could be there to give her a little cuddle. And don't worry I have pointed out via email to Scotty that they seem to have left the Naomi out of her name. Don't worry. I think they will rectify that shortly.
